Sempervirens creates prestigious projects in France and abroad. We work on developing projects with a strong focus on innovation in plant engineering, urban projects, and gardens, both in France and internationally. We currently have numerous major projects underway in Egypt, the Caribbean, coastal areas, and mountainous regions… Come and experience the Sempervirens adventure!

We offer internships ranging from a minimum of 4 months up to 6 months for landscape architecture and architecture students.

This is a versatile position covering all project phases: competition, design studies, and site supervision.
Required skills: Graphic abilities, 3D proficiency, professional fluency in English is essential, and French is appreciated.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of tasks that may be assigned to interns:

– Analyze a problem related to a given context and identify its challenges

– Adopt a systemic approach, identifying the components of the system

– Implement a strategic approach to addressing the issue

– Design, develop, and evaluate innovative solutions

– 3D modeling

– Gain knowledge in spatial planning: history, challenges, stakeholders, tools

– Understand the process of a landscape project from the order to the completion of works

– Analyze a client request and reconsider it if necessary

– Conduct a landscape analysis and integrate it into the project

– Experience the design process of a landscape project

– Master the tools and methods associated with landscape projects

– Understand the evolution and management of plants

– Adjust and redirect the project, developing new solutions

– Design a project with a global approach, considering legal and political frameworks, scientific or technical dimensions, economic or financial logic, and human factors

– Plan the different stages of the project development

– Use project management tools (plans, schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, etc.)

– Monitor, manage, and regularly control the project’s progress

– Adhere to cost, time, and quality criteria

– Make decisions: analyze, evaluate, choose, and take responsibility for risks

– Apply your knowledge and adapt it to the company

– Enhance your knowledge using monitoring tools
